ENGINE AND GEARBOX
Powering the Svartpilen 125 is a modern fuel injected, liquid cooled, single-cylinder 4-stroke 125 cc twin overhead camshaft engine. The remarkably compact engine provides impressive power and thanks to the balancer shaft, delivers the highest levels of smoothness. The engine is equipped with an electric starter powered by a 12V/8Ah battery and it achieves its peak power of 11 kW (15 hp) with an impressive power character suited to urban riding. The 6-speed close ratio gearbox provides smooth and easy shifting for the rider by using low friction components.
